1. Access and use
These terms govern your use of GrowwChat, a service for building and publishing conversational forms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.
2. Your account
You create an account with an email address and password, which act as your electronic signature. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Providing false information may lead to suspension.
3. Your forms and respondents
You decide what your forms collect. You must tell respondents how their data will be used, obtain any consent the law requires, and comply with applicable privacy law. You must not use forms to collect sensitive data you are not entitled to collect.
4. Acceptable use
- No scraping, spam, harassment or impersonation.
- No attempts to reverse engineer or bypass security features.
- No unlawful, deceptive or malicious content.
- No excessive load that threatens the service for others (fair usage applies to unlimited plans).
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Plan changes are prorated. Unpaid fees may lead to suspension.
6. Data and retention
You own your form data. Uploaded files are deleted six months after upload. When you delete your account, your workspaces, forms and responses are removed and cannot be recovered; back up what you need first.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
