Send chat form leads straight to HubSpot
GrowwChat asks the questions in a short chat. HubSpot keeps the contact and the follow-up. Each finished response creates or updates a HubSpot contact, matched by email.
What GrowwChat does in HubSpot
- Creates a contact for each new email, or updates the existing contact with the same email.
- Maps any question to a HubSpot contact property by its internal name, for example company or phone.
- Runs when a response is completed, so partial chats do not create contacts.
Set it up
- In HubSpot, create a private app and copy its access token. Give it permission to write contacts.
- In GrowwChat, open your form, go to Integrations, and choose HubSpot.
- Paste the token, pick the question that holds the email, and map other questions to property names.
- Send a test response and check the contact in HubSpot.
What to know first
- Native integrations need the Standard plan or higher.
- Contacts only. Deals, companies and tickets are not created.
- A response without an email answer is not sent.
- Answers go in as text. Pick text properties in HubSpot, or check how your property type reads text.

Private apps and the contacts API are available on HubSpot plans, including the free CRM. Check HubSpot for your account limits.
The contact is matched by email and updated with the mapped properties. A new one is not created.
The token is encrypted before it is saved and is not shown again after you save it.
