Add a form to WordPress

Use any plugin that lets you add code to the page header.

1. Install a header and footer scripts plugin.
2. Paste the snippet from the Share tab into the header field and save.
3. Clear any cache plugin and reload your site.

To show different forms on different pages, use the targeting rules in Settings.
