Choose between widget, link and embed

Every form has one type at a time. Change it in Settings > General or while creating the form.

• Widget: a chat bubble that floats on your website.
• Link: a standalone page with its own address.
• Embed: the conversation placed inside a page with an iframe.

You can duplicate a form if you need the same questions in a second format.
